Hoya kerrii ‘Variegated Heart’ is a slow‑growing tropical succulent vine recognized for its thick, heart‑shaped leaves marked by creamy yellow to light‑green variegation. The foliage is glossy and fleshy, often displaying symmetrical patterns that resemble watercolor brush strokes. This cultivar is highly sought after for its ornamental appeal and symbolic “heart” shape, making it a popular gift plant and collector’s specimen. Mature vines produce clusters of small, star‑shaped flowers in soft pink to white tones with a sweet fragrance. Compact and easy to maintain, it thrives as a potted indoor plant or trained on trellises.

Growing Conditions:

Provide bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. Use a well‑draining mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir. Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. Avoid overwatering, as the thick leaves store moisture. Maintain warm temperatures (65–85°F) and moderate humidity. Fertilize lightly during the growing season with a balanced or high‑potassium formula. Excellent for windowsills, hanging baskets, and decorative planters where its heart‑shaped leaves can be showcased.

Ships in 3.5" pots. You will receive a plant similar to the ones pictured, though size and fullness may vary. A few broken leaves or small stems are normal during shipping and are not considered damage. Broken stems can be rooted once the cut end dries to start new growth. Plants may arrive semi‑dormant, and in winter they may naturally drop a few leaves. If your plant arrives rotting or dead, we will replace it. Please contact us with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, plant care becomes the buyer’s responsibility, though we’re always happy to answer questions and help you succeed. We also add brief instructions on getting started when you open your box. We want our plant babies to have happy new homes! 🥰
